Our approach
Human-first isn’t a slogan. It’s the whole point.
There’s a lot of noise about AI replacing people. We started Human AI to do the opposite — to make the people you already have more capable, by handing the busywork to machines and the meaningful work back to your team.
We believe the companies that win the next decade won’t be the ones that replace their people with AI. They’ll be the ones that free their people to do more of what only people can do — and quietly let AI absorb the rest.
That belief shapes every engagement: what we recommend, what we refuse to sell, and how we measure whether we did our job.
People first, then tools
The point of AI isn’t to shrink your team. It’s to give the team you have back the hours they’re losing to admin and busywork — so they can do the work only people can do.
Plain English, always
You should never feel talked down to or snowed by jargon. If we can’t explain why something matters in a sentence, we don’t understand it well enough to recommend it.
Honest about limits
AI is genuinely useful and genuinely overhyped. We’ll tell you when it’s the right tool — and when the honest answer is “not for this, not yet.”
Built to fit, not to impress
The best system is the one your team actually uses. We design around how your business already works instead of forcing you to work around the technology.
The experience behind it
Two decades in enterprise technology, pointed at your problem.
Our team brings more than twenty years in enterprise technology, including hands-on experience deploying AI and agentic systems at hyperscale, alongside deep backgrounds in cloud architecture and network engineering. We’ve seen what works when the stakes and the scale are real — and we bring that judgment to companies that don’t have a hyperscale budget but deserve the same caliber of thinking.
We’re based in Tampa and we work with companies across Greater Tampa Bay. That means we can sit across the table from you, learn your business in person, and stand by the systems we put in place.
What we bring to the table
- 20+ yrs Enterprise technology
- Hyperscale AI & agentic systems, in production
- AWS Cloud architecture background
- On-prem Private, offline local models
How engagements work
A measured path, not a leap of faith.
- 1
We listen first
We start by understanding your business — how work flows, where the friction is, what your people dread doing. No technology talk until we’ve earned an opinion.
- 2
We map the leverage
You get a clear, prioritized view of where AI creates real value, what it would take, and what it would cost. If there’s no leverage, we say so — and you’ve still got clarity.
- 3
We build it to fit
Cloud or fully on-premises, we stand up the smallest thing that proves real time savings, then expand from a foundation that’s working.
- 4
We hand over the keys
We train your people to own what we built and stay on for as much — or as little — ongoing support as you want. Success is you not needing us every week.
Straight answers
Questions we hear a lot.
Do you replace people’s jobs with AI?
No — that’s the opposite of why we exist. We target the administrative drag and repetitive busywork that wears teams down, so your people spend their time on judgment, relationships, and the work that actually grows the business.
We’re a small or mid-sized company. Are we too small for this?
Almost certainly not. Smaller teams often see the fastest payoff, because a few hours saved per person per week is a real dent in a lean operation. We scope engagements to fit your size and budget.
What if AI isn’t the right move for us right now?
Then we’ll tell you, and you’ll have spent very little to learn it. We’d rather be the firm that talked you out of a bad project than the one that sold you one.
Why does on-premises / offline AI matter?
Because some of your most valuable data is exactly the data you can’t hand to a third-party service. On-prem models run on your own hardware, so your information never leaves the building, there’s no per-token cost, and it works without an internet connection.
Which models and cloud providers do you use?
We’re AWS-first on infrastructure and reach for Anthropic’s models when the economics fit, but we’re not married to any vendor. The right answer depends on your data, budget, and privacy needs — and sometimes the right answer is a model running entirely in-house.
